Research Tax Credit Associate

This work helps project teams deliver accurate studies and builds the associate’s expertise in tax incentives and the end-to-end R&D credit process.

What you'll do

• Support project teams in preparing and delivering R&D tax credit studies
• collect, organize, and analyze client technical and financial documentation
• assist in identifying and documenting qualified research activities under IRC Section 41
• draft technical narratives and supporting documentation
• collaborate with engineers, scientists, and client stakeholders
• learn and apply federal and state R&D tax credit regulations
• track time, project activity, and client data in Salesforce CRM
• participate in internal training
• assist with Form 6765 and supporting schedules
• contribute to team meetings, process improvements, and supervised client communications.
