What you'll do
- Interview members, assess financial needs, and recommend consumer loan products and credit union services
- accept, evaluate, process, close, and fund consumer loan applications
- review credit and financial information and verify loan documentation
- communicate loan decisions and terms
- open, maintain, and service deposit accounts
- perform teller transactions
- assist with account questions and service issues
- maintain accurate records and compliance
- support teammates and guide less experienced Universal Bankers when needed.
