What you'll do

• Serve residents, guests, vendors, and visitors
• follow access-control and emergency procedures
• monitor vehicle and pedestrian entry points
• verify authorized access and maintain visitor records
• respond to incidents and resident concerns
• patrol residential common areas, gates, parking areas, and perimeter locations
• report and document observations.
