What you'll do

• Complete scheduled maintenance projects
• participate in preventive maintenance and keep work records
• respond to maintenance requests within 24 hours or notify a supervisor of delays
• respond to emergencies and participate in a callback rotation that includes weekends, after-hours, and holidays
• follow safety and evacuation procedures
• maintain property equipment
• know emergency shutoffs
• keep storage areas neat, lit, and locked
• perform electrical and plumbing repairs
• prepare units for turnover
• paint common areas as needed
• support inventory control and maintain adequate parts and materials.
