What you'll do

• Manage weekly schedules and update job statuses
• oversee crew dispatch and material loading
• ensure job-costing accuracy
• review work orders
• oversee procurement and delivery of materials
• ensure production teams have necessary tools, equipment, training, and resources
• check in with project managers
• review timesheets and profitability summaries
• oversee fleet and facilities
• track operational metrics
• assist with hiring, training, and performance management
• coordinate subcontractors
• support estimates and annual revenue goals.
