What you'll do

• Supervise and coordinate warehouse and transportation staff during assigned shifts
• ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards
• monitor performance and provide coaching
• prioritize tasks, allocate resources, and adjust schedules
• maintain shift, incident, and inventory records and prepare reports
• collaborate on logistics improvements
• respond to operational disruptions, equipment malfunctions, and emergencies.
