The role combines educational assistance, residential support, behavior interventions, supervision, documentation, and coordination with treatment and program teams.

What you'll do

• Provide individual and small-group academic assistance
• implement behavior support plans
• assist with daily living activities and medication routines
• support communication, emotional regulation, vocational readiness, and social skills
• supervise and mentor individuals
• provide crisis intervention using approved PMT techniques
• lead structured activities
• transport individuals to programs and appointments
• document progress and incidents in the EHR
• participate in team meetings and treatment planning
• conduct safety checks
• support transitions between programs.
