What you'll do

• Answer customer calls and route inquiries
• assist with deposit files and account maintenance
• process closed-account procedures, holds, stop payments, and debit card maintenance
• maintain inactive and dormant accounts
• support deposit exceptions and scanning
• research deposits and retrieve statements
• coordinate documentation
• assist with wires, account closures, notaries, and address changes
• follow audit, security, and compliance requirements.
