What you'll do

• Provide customer service to shoppers, employees, vendors, and visitors
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of retail areas, entrances, parking, loading areas, and perimeter locations
• monitor and report suspicious activity, hazards, and policy violations
• respond to incidents and critical situations and document actions
• assist with access control and visitor and employee/vendor entry procedures.
