What you'll do

• Develop and deliver residential construction instruction
• teach and reinforce jobsite safety
• coordinate vocational training and credential preparation, including NCCER Core Curriculum and OSHA 10
• lead experiential learning and construction projects
• assess participant skills and maintain training records
• organize jobsite activities, assignments, tools, materials, and project documentation
• coach participants and coordinate with program staff
• transport participants to approved sites and complete required records.
