Accounting Manager

The Accounting Manager role is onsite in Concord, NC. Compensation is $90,000–$95,000 per year. The position reports to the Controller and supports the company’s accounting operations and financial reporting. The role exists to lead day-to-day accounting work and establish a more structured month-end close process. It contributes to accurate financial records, stronger controls, and improved team performance while supporting the transition of accounting responsibilities in-house.

What you'll do

• Lead month-end close
• review balance sheet reconciliations
• oversee cash, treasury, and bank reconciliations
• review revenue, accounts receivable, accounts payable, expense, payroll, and benefit accounting
• supervise accounting staff
• maintain close schedules and records
• review the close package
• improve processes and controls
• partner with the Controller on bringing accounting responsibilities in-house.
