The Materials Management Supervisor, Supply Chain role is onsite in San Antonio, TX. Compensation is $69,600–$104,400 per year. The position initially works day shift, Monday through Thursday, 5:30 AM–4:00 PM, and transitions to night shift, Monday through Thursday, 5:30 PM–4:00 AM, as operations ramp up in mid-2027. The role supports International's growing manufacturing operation. The supervisor leads materials activities in production areas to meet production, quality, and cost goals. By managing staffing, inventory, schedules, and cross-functional coordination, the role helps prevent interruptions and sustain production flow.

What you'll do

• Supervise a team supporting daily production needs in kitting and/or conveyance
• maintain and audit inventory
• develop employees
• resolve root causes of production interruptions
• maintain material control systems
• allocate staffing and coverage
• promote safety
• coordinate with General Assembly, Quality, Engineering, and other departments
• plan overtime and coordinate cross-functional projects.
