What you'll do

• Provide personal care and daily living support under the care plan
• assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, transfers, ambulation, meals, light housekeeping, laundry, errands, and appointments
• remind clients about self-administration of medication but do not administer medications
• document shift details
• observe and report changes
• follow safety, confidentiality, and HIPAA requirements.
