What you'll do

• Oversee team training, assessments, check-ins, coaching, audits, scheduling, troubleshooting, and other pre-analytical responsibilities
• lead teams performing phlebotomy, specimen processing, waived or moderate-complexity testing, and clinical research studies
• liaise with ancillary services, nurses, clinicians, and laboratory clients
• monitor adherence to policies and procedures
• assist with interviewing and hiring
• fill in for bench shifts and on-call when needed
• may serve temporarily as supervisor during a supervisor or manager’s absence.
