- Lead and mentor automation engineers
- oversee delivery of secure, maintainable, scalable automation workflows and AI-enabled Claims solutions
- collaborate with infrastructure, security, and architecture teams on governance and performance
- assess Claims workflow needs and prioritize initiatives
- translate business needs into technical designs
- communicate progress, risks, and benefits
- promote engineering standards, code reviews, reusable components, and continuous learning.
