E-Commerce Processor

The E-Commerce Processor works onsite in Baltimore, MD, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM. Pay is $17.50 per hour. The role is part of Goodwill’s e-commerce department and supports the organization’s mission and values. The processor evaluates and sorts donated merchandise to determine its value and suitability for online sale. This work helps prepare quality items for the e-commerce website while supporting customer service and safe, orderly operations.

What you'll do

• Sort, evaluate, and identify items, designers, and maker’s marks for the e-commerce website
• assess merchandise quality and sort items for appropriate disposition under standard procedures
• answer customer questions
• follow safety and housekeeping practices
• promote Goodwill’s mission and values
• perform additional assigned duties.
