Retail Store Manager

What you'll do

• Plan and coordinate store and donation center operations
• prepare employee schedules and submit hours
• enforce store policies
• train employees in customer service and sales
• open and close the store and maintain security
• supervise cash balances and deposits
• maintain equipment and submit purchase orders
• prepare reports and budgets
• meet production, donor, and sales goals
• maintain stock, displays, and signage
• support retail marketing
• ensure adequate staffing
• maintain cleanliness and donation records
• conduct staff meetings
• and ensure CARF documentation and compliance.
