What you'll do

• Prepare and cook meals according to menus and dietary guidelines
• modify meals for special diets
• maintain food safety logs
• assemble and deliver patient meal trays
• clean and sanitize kitchen equipment and work areas
• assist with food storage and inventory rotation.
