What you'll do

• Coordinate the patient visit, including rooming, taking vitals, collecting history, updating medications and EHR clinical information, preparing patients for provider visits, scheduling follow-up care as needed, and cleaning and stocking rooms. Provide patient education, initiate referral management, coordinate preventive and specialty visits, and develop care plans and self-management goals. Perform nursing skills within license scope, including ordered injections, vaccinations, labs, x-rays, and other tests
• on-the-job training is provided for labs and x-rays.
