What you'll do

• Process and review invoices, including matching, general ledger coding, and approvals
• support month-end close and AP accruals
• resolve invoice discrepancies
• reconcile vendor statements and outstanding items
• review sales and use tax
• monitor open purchase orders
• support audits and 1099 schedules
• assist with process improvements and system implementations.
