Preschool Lead Teacher

The Preschool Lead Teacher is an onsite role in Fairfax, VA. Compensation is $19.50–$22.50 per hour. The role supports children’s physical, social, emotional, and developmental needs through a safe and developmentally appropriate learning environment. The teacher leads classroom operations, plans and delivers curriculum, implements Cadence Education programs, and partners with families and team members to support children’s growth. The role also maintains licensing and safety compliance, including support for children with Individualized Education Plans when applicable.

• plan and document developmentally appropriate curriculum
