What you'll do

• Maintain building and grounds in a clean, safe, and orderly condition
• perform basic facility repairs
• care for tools and equipment
• make minor repairs to handrails, windows, flooring, walls, ceilings, beds, wheelchairs, electrical equipment, sprinkling systems, generators, emergency lighting, and fire safety equipment
• change HVAC filters
• carry, lift, and stock supplies
• remain on call when assigned
• assume supervisor responsibilities in their absence.
