What you'll do

• Defend employers in employment litigation, wage-and-hour disputes, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and unfair competition matters
• advise on leave, accommodations, personnel policies, compliance, and employment agreements
• conduct legal research
• draft motions, briefs, and employment documents
• support litigation and counseling
• collaborate on strategy and risk management.
