The Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN) – Nights role is onsite in Naperville, IL, working 11:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. every other weekend. Compensation is $40–$42 per hour, based on factors including license, skills, qualifications, experience, and training. St. Patrick’s Residence provides short-term rehabilitation and skilled geriatric care in a faith-based, nonprofit setting. The supervisor supports daily nursing and CNA activity, completes documentation and audits, makes rounds, and communicates with nursing leadership. The role helps coordinate unit operations and support care for residents.

What you'll do

• Support daily activity of nurses and CNAs
• complete required documentation, logs, and audits
• make daily rounds of assigned units
• communicate with the Director of Nursing and Assistant Director of Nursing
• cover occasional call-offs as needed.

Why this role

Current Illinois RN license, BLS certification, at least one year of long-term care experience, and at least one year of nursing supervisory experience required; PCC experience preferred.
