What you'll do

• Supervise, coach, and develop attorneys and legal support staff
• manage workflow, training, performance reviews, and the legal department budget
• assist with hiring
• review recommendations, policies, procedures, and client feedback
• establish systems for agreements, billing, and ethics compliance
• meet with prospective clients and recommend plans
• review estate planning and long-term care documents
• meet with clients at signing appointments
• maintain client files and notes
• stay current on relevant law
• create and present community workshops and events.
