What you'll do

• Foster a safe and supportive environment
• promote an inclusive and respectful culture
• plan and lead age-appropriate activities supporting social-emotional learning, skills, confidence, and leadership
• monitor attendance and participation
• build relationships with students, colleagues, and families
• collaborate on culminating events
• request program materials
• follow safety procedures and training requirements
• participate in off-site field trips as needed
• maintain daily attendance records
• and attend required professional development and staff training.
