What you'll do
- Schedule patient visits according to physician orders and care plans
- coordinate clinician schedules to optimize productivity and coverage
- manage daily schedule changes, call-outs, and urgent visit needs
- answer and triage incoming calls for clinical operations
- track medical supplies and support RAP/EOE processes
- maintain scheduling and documentation in the EMR
- provide administrative support to the clinical team.
