What you'll do

• Conduct regular site visits
• inspect clinic spaces
• resolve facility tickets
• oversee maintenance and repairs
• manage keycard access and alarm systems
• coordinate furniture, signage, deliveries, vendor scheduling, and launch-readiness checklists for new clinics
• oversee local inventories, equipment, signage, and furniture refreshes
• partner with Clinical Leads, IT, and Operations on project trackers, site updates, and operational issues.
