What you'll do

• Help maintain nursing practice standards
• perform assessments and interventions under facility guidelines
• make rounds and coordinate staff reports, assignments, and breaks
• coordinate and complete MDS schedules and documentation
• develop and update resident care plans
• monitor care and medication administration
• communicate pertinent observations to physicians
• direct nursing shifts.
