What you'll do

• Lead and supervise crews on residential and commercial projects
• coordinate daily assignments
• perform trimming, mulching, planting, sodding, and grounds maintenance
• assist with hardscape and drainage installation
• train crew members on equipment and safe practices
• maintain equipment and report repair needs
• communicate project progress to customers
• uphold quality and safety standards.
