What you'll do

• Conduct in-home, in-person surveys at assigned properties
• review bulk services and existing services and recommend upgrades or additional products such as security and home automation
• obtain orders or contracts
• engage with customers at homes and community locations
• identify upselling opportunities at community events
• monitor competitive offers and industry trends
• provide feedback to improve sales processes
• maintain product and technical knowledge through meetings, workshops, and publications.
