What you'll do

• Record maintenance processes
• operate powered industrial equipment
• perform general utility maintenance and entry-level preventive maintenance
• complete basic carpentry, fabrication, electrical, plumbing, and pipe-fitting work
• follow standard work for fire suppression, generator, CO2, and clean-room systems
• respond to HVAC and plumbing issues
• coordinate custodial services and contractor compliance
• support lean events
• and provide building and meeting support.
