Multimedia Marketing Specialist

The Multimedia Marketing Specialist role is onsite in Santa Fe, NM, with a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, generally 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Mountain Time, Monday through Friday. Compensation is not specified. The role supports the New Mexico Army National Guard Recruiting and Retention Battalion. The role contributes to recruiting and retention efforts by creating multimedia content, supporting marketing and local digital engagement, and coordinating recruiting leads. It helps present approved branding and route prospects to the appropriate recruiter or centralized CRM within required timelines.

What you'll do

• Create graphics, flyers, brochures, posters, photography, video, and other multimedia content under approved branding standards
• capture and edit photo and video at recruiting events and activities
• support social media and community engagement
• monitor recruiting prospects and route leads to recruiters or the centralized CRM.

Requires an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field or at least four years of relevant professional experience; at least two years of relevant creative or marketing experience; Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office proficiency; English fluency; and eligibility to complete a DoD background check. Occasional travel and special-event support may be required.
