Cleo is a fast-growing company building intelligent software solutions. This role exists to own the AI product roadmap and drive the design, build, and launch of AI-powered products. The manager contributes by partnering with cross-functional teams to translate customer needs into prioritized, outcome-driven plans that deliver measurable business value.
What you'll do
- Own the AI product roadmap.
- Partner with data scientists and engineers to scope models and evaluate tradeoffs.
- Define and monitor AI feature success metrics.
- Conduct buy/build/partner analysis.
- Drive product launches and act as an AI product evangelist.
What we're looking for
- Education
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent
- Experience
- 3-5 years of product management experience, with 1-2 years owning AI/ML-powered features
