The Assistant Manager — Convenience Store role is onsite in Edgar, WI. Pay is $15–$17 per hour. GPM Investments operates the convenience store where the assistant manager supports the Store Manager and daily store operations. The assistant manager helps maintain customer service, staffing, inventory, merchandising, and store financial routines, and acts as manager when the Store Manager is away. Open availability is required, including weekends and holidays, with work primarily on second or third shifts.

What you'll do

• Support the Store Manager in daily operations
• run the register and assist customers
• coach team members on upselling products and promotions
• help hire, train, and lead the team
• act as manager when the Store Manager is off
• manage inventory, ordering, and merchandising
• maintain store, restrooms, trash areas, and fuel pumps
• create team schedules
• handle cash, deposits, and store financials
• provide feedback and leadership.
