What you'll do

• Lead restaurant operations by applying company policies, procedures, standards, training programs, and cultural expectations
• support the general manager in developing team performance
• perform restaurant stations and functions
• supervise shifts and manage operations when the general manager is absent
• assist with administrative duties, employee evaluations, scheduling, and financial forecasting
• support food and labor cost goals
• deliver speed, accuracy, cleanliness, product quality, and hospitality
• coach and develop service managers and employees.
