• Lead design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise data integration solutions supporting the Varicent-to-Captivate sales compensation platform transformation
• define integration architecture, data flows, transformation frameworks, source-to-target mappings, and governance standards for exchanges across SAP, Oracle HR, Salesforce, payroll systems, MAS feeds, and other enterprise applications
• execute work involving AWS Glue, DBT, and Snowflake.
