What you'll do

• Lead union-represented inspection personnel and support questions about dimensional inspection and nondestructive testing. Assist with new-hire training and feedback
• coordinate between shop-floor personnel and management
• monitor attendance, time charging, and production records
• ensure equipment availability
• troubleshoot inspection processes
• schedule resources and overtime
• conduct monthly surveillances
• review quality records
• and provide weekend coverage as needed.
