What you'll do

• Lead valuation advisory projects using discounted cash flow, market comparables, and scenario analysis
• analyze business and asset valuations in economic, strategic, and regulatory contexts
• collaborate with developers, investors, legal advisors, and financial institutions
• prepare, review, and present valuation reports
• supervise, train, and mentor analysts
• maintain client relationships
• participate in business development, proposal writing, and client pitches
• monitor market trends and valuation methods.
