Cardiac Sonographer

Job overview

The Cardiac Sonographer role is onsite in Branson, MO, at a healthcare facility just outside the city. Pay is $30–$45 per hour, with sign-on and relocation assistance. The position supports the facility’s radiology services. The sonographer prepares patients for examinations, records exam information, and maintains equipment so imaging can be performed reliably and interpreted in a timely manner. The role also supports positive working relationships with patients, staff, and partner facilities.

What you'll do

• Prepare patients by answering questions and communicating special instructions with the supervising radiologist
• accurately record exam times in the Radiology Information System
• maintain professional relationships and rapport with patients, staff, and interrelating hospitals or agencies
• calibrate and maintain equipment
• report malfunctions or performance issues.
