What you'll do

• Respond to customer inquiries before, during, and after sales
• prepare quotes and follow up on leads
• use VIN information, parts catalogs, and diagrams to identify parts and verify fitment
• monitor orders through shipment and resolve issues
• assist with returns, core charge refunds, cancellations, and damaged or lost shipments
• keep customers informed.
