What you'll do

• Assist the Executive Chef with meal preparation and service
• prepare breakfast independently after training when assigned
• help prepare lunch, dinner, appetizers, and desserts
• follow recipes and portion and presentation standards
• interact professionally with guests
• maintain food safety and sanitation
• wash dishes and kitchen equipment
• receive, label, rotate, organize, and stock food and supplies.
