What you'll do

• Maintain hardware, software, and other systems
• troubleshoot equipment and user issues
• organize IT resources
• monitor antivirus updates and address infected computers
• support cybersecurity, programming, analytics, and data center work
• develop user training
• assist with software projects
• dedicate five hours weekly to Technical Recruiting and 10–16 hours monthly to Business Development.
