Bilingual Program Coordinator

The Bilingual Program Coordinator role is onsite in Longmont, CO, with stated pay of $25.00–$27.00 per hour for 20–25 hours per week. OUR Center provides a community-based place for families to access coordinated services that support family strength and self-reliance. The coordinator develops and implements the Circle of Parents support model, working with facilitators, partner providers, and the Illuminate Colorado State office. The role supports parent leadership and group participation, helping parents build self-reliance through recruitment, coordination, and co-facilitation.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement the Circle of Parents model
• coordinate with group facilitators, collaborating providers, and the Illuminate Colorado State office
• support group intervention and fidelity to the evidence-based model
• encourage parent leadership development
• work with the Parent Support Network to develop parent leaders
• advertise and recruit participants
• co-facilitate groups until parent leaders demonstrate self-reliance.
