What you'll do

• Lead and work alongside crews on concrete, excavation, and underground utility work
• oversee formwork, rebar, embeds, concrete placement, finishing, and layout
• direct excavation and underground duct bank and pipe/PVC installation
• interpret drawings and plan work
• coordinate materials and equipment
• resolve field issues
• lead safety talks, inspect work, complete daily reports, and coordinate with superintendents, inspectors, and other trades.

Why this role

Requires 7+ years of experience as a working foreman leading civil and concrete crews, OSHA 10, and hands-on experience with concrete and underground utility work. OSHA 30 and trench/excavation competent-person training are preferred. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7 a.m.–7 p.m.; overtime and extended periods out of town may be required.
