What you'll do

• Lead technical pre-sales engagements and deliver product demonstrations and presentations
• explain AI-powered automation for IT incident management
• demonstrate integrations between enterprise monitoring platforms and ITSM solutions
• use Python, JavaScript, and enterprise infrastructure knowledge in customer discussions
• partner with a Latin America sales representative to develop opportunities
• support Eastern US opportunities when LatAm demand allows
• travel approximately 50%, primarily in Latin America.
