What you'll do

• Perform and document resident care and services according to the individual service plan and policies
• report changes in resident condition to the Director of Nursing
• respond to emergency calls and resident calls or alarms
• facilitate weekend and evening activities as required
• serve meals or feed residents as required
• perform cleaning and laundry as necessary
• fill open shifts as necessary
• monitor and document vital signs
• provide medication reminders or management according to the resident plan, training, and delegations.
