Civil Engineer Project Manager

The Civil Engineer Project Manager role is onsite in Las Vegas, NV, with compensation of $90,000–$130,000 per year. RICK Engineering Company’s Las Vegas team supports multidisciplinary infrastructure and land development projects in the western United States. The role guides project delivery through engineering design, team supervision, schedule and budget management, client and agency coordination, and technical review. Its work supports successful land development projects and the infrastructure needed by project teams and communities.

What you'll do

• Supervise engineering designers, assign and review work, and perform quality control
• manage project schedules and budgets
• prepare contracts, fee proposals, and scopes of work
• interact with clients and public agencies
• conduct preliminary engineering design studies considering land use, zoning, site constraints, and regulatory issues
• prepare or process tract maps and public improvement and site development plans
• prepare and review hydrologic studies and drainage reports
• use AutoCAD/Civil 3D.

Why this role

Requires a BSCE, Nevada Professional Engineer registration, and at least five years of land development experience or the equivalent of ten years of total work experience; AutoCAD/Civil 3D experience is required.
