What you'll do

• Assist the project manager with project planning and team coordination
• develop and revise work plans
• identify resources and assign responsibilities
• coordinate loading dock and elevator use
• identify and mitigate project risks
• manage contract deliverables and review team documents
• maintain complete project records
• liaise with customers, operations, and administrative staff
• support meetings and status updates
• mentor onsite logistics staff
• travel to out-of-town project sites as needed
• assist with commercial relocation training.
