What you'll do

• Document and escalate customer feedback
• coordinate internal notifications
• monitor and document cleanroom pressure, temperature, humidity, and particulate testing
• maintain cleanroom reports and cleaning records
• manage gage calibration records and certificates
• compile quality metrics
• support defect analysis, nonconformance investigations, product sampling, and retain management.
